why do i go shopping?

i am a shopaholic.
if you are not, then raise your hand --
good for you.

there is a feeling of joy and unexplainable innate feelings if you buy something new
or even just go thrift ukay ukay, vintage, recycle clothes, second hand goods etc etc.
i shop and thats it.
we shop and that's it.

but honestly, there is no point of having too much a lot.
there is no point of seeing a lot of clothes in your wardrobe that some of them still have the price tag on it.
and never have the time to wear them.
why do we need a lot of clothes, i just cannot understand.
what is this feeling of wanting more and more?

 it is more often than not hurt my wallet.
hurt my budget.
hurt my self.

guilt.
the truth is
a lot of children don't have clothes.
a lot of people cannot afford.
here i am buying more and more.
i guess i need to stop.
for a little while.
a little while doesn't mean forever.

i am proud of myself not buying any in a month.
or even just a week or two.
i just don't want sometime.
because it is terrible having a lot of beautiful things.

if i would become a fashion designer in the future or have my own business and it is succesful
and making a lot money then there is a point of doing the shopping all the time.
but if i am just contented of buying and owning one-
i better discipline myself about it.

i shoes the rain

I went to market and caught under the heavy rain and heavy lightning, wow..
so scary to be outside, thunder and lightning shriek my shivering bone.
booom...boomm..eeiiww early fireworks for new year..

lucky, i bring my cute umbrella.
but wasn't lucky enough because a big splash from a car washes my face -
that's a free shower indeed..
i have no time to be angry. i just laugh instead.

anyway, i have cute early morning pics of my shoes.
i promise to take a picture of them when i am in the mood.
because i am always out of mood to blog and take pictures this past few weeks.
now, i got the chance. now, i got the mood.
So, here's my latest shoes bought first week of November.

Some bloggers put a name on their shoes so i think i will put a name on mine too.

This is ELLENORE, an asian brown beauty combined with dark chocolate brown woody wedge. I am supposed to buy the black one, but the sales guy made some sales talk - that this is better than the black one because the two tone colors can be distinguished from each other and the design appears more visible. yadah, yadah, yadah..so here it is, i got the brown one. this is from Charles and Keith. This is my second C and K shoes this year. It is not so expensive compared to alluring ALDO or other brands but it is comfortable and the price is worth it.

See the two tone design. actually, i am still thinking of buying the black one. But, do you think I made the right choice of buying the brown one?

It is one of the most comfortable shoes i ever tried on. I am not sure if it is as comfortable as that of my CROCS shoes if i use this for a long walk. I guess this will only last 1 to 2 hours walking spree at least. 3 hours would surely sore my feet muscles .

nevertheless, i still love them.

This one i will call her EVAH. She makes my feet pretty. She got 2 and a half inches or almost 3 wedge heel..err..im not sure, no time to measure it but i can walk with ease with her. I use this one time during office hours, not bad, this can last till so many hours in my feet with a normal walk, not for a marathon kind of walk, shopping walk is acceptable.

 Evah is so pretty. I adore her. Please don't mind about the dusty particles, i put them under my bed for a week and i haven't wipe them before taking pics, so the particles is present also, but they are so pretty, im so excited to blog about them.

            
           here's my not so gorgeous feet. actually tired from the rain and market chores.

look at that, it is still raining so heavy. nice to go back to sleep again..=)
but need to cook now, hungry stomach started to grumble.

Trick and treat

i looooove this brown bootie that makes my heart stop when i saw this. i was actually planning to buy two same design, the other one is black..but i control myself. this is already a good treat and i don't need a trick on my money so much. so i got this two tone brown and another black wedge..i will post the good looking wedge later when i got the time to take a good picture of her..for the meantime, i want to drool this november lust of mine..

i plan to buy a black tights soon. i go crazy looking for the perfect black thights, perfect leather jacket - to use when i got back to phils and ride the motorcycle with the husband..and as usual i love black city bag balenciaga for the rest of the year. if i can find one similar bag for a lesser price then i surely get that instead of a $400-$1000 bucks..=/

hello..got this new pair of flat shoes.
because i need one.
it's from charles and keith.
i usually use my crocs everyday of my life
but as what i can see it is bading goodbye to me slowly
so i better ask for a replacement..here it is.

was not planning to buy a flat one. because i see wedges so sexy..but sometimes you canno't just control the temptation, so here it is..quite pricey but its worth it

i have a great walking spree with this, i can run around and jump with ease..

i found zara

It is always a heart warming thing to find one basic zara anywhere you thrift.
some days you really wanted to go out and try to find something nice, something to make your day a little bit okey, it is a better choice rather than lie down and stay inside your room for the rest of your weekend.

this basic zara did not let me down.
a thrift this month.
i look like a doll with this one.the cloth is totally amazing. nice to the touch and it makes you feel pretty effortlessly.
i want to wear this sometime in december, a family gathering, or some social gathering with my significant others.
i want to wear this with a black stocking to go with my bare legs because this is a little bit above the knee one. if my legs looks like that of a beautiful pair then there's no need to wear it with stockings, on the other hand, i wanted to try stockings on one of my wardrobe so maybe, this will be the second dress i want to wear it with stockings next to the peach dress i thrifted months ago too.
'anyway, i have a lousy saturday. nothing important happens to me today.
i keep listening to you tubes X factor..and i got a head ache from looking at my laptop 5 straight hours.
i better get going and try to move away from my chair or else this will suck my butt and flatten out the extra bump because of sitting down the whole day...=)

time after time

yes,from time to time i'd like to linger few of my thoughts on this clothes i owned and thrifted three to four months ago and but the first one is a recent find, they are all thrifted, but looks nice and well kept by previous owner. i don't know what it is that feels special on wearing a thrifted clothes that cost less than 10sg dollars. it is indeed vintage, but the style is still okey. i always love recycling clothes whenever i can and its one way of helping mother earth and nature distress its load..duuuh!

i guess i will never get tired of looking at them and trying them again and again with or without special occasion or just simply pretending i look beautiful in front of a mirror.

girls will always be like that.

pink give aways

whoa, got this fabolous pink assymetrical dress from S.A and it only cost 6 sgdollars.

plus a bag of give aways with a lot of stuff inside, actually it was a lucky timing because that particular S.A is celebrating their anniversary so they give 40% discount to all items that you wanted to buy. but i was a little bit in a hurry so i only got these one item from ITALY, brand new one and it's so cheap.

it's so wowoow to wear too.

wish to go there again for a book or a new finds, meanwhile, i need to give away some of my old old clothes to give way to new ones.

remember, it's the last quarter of the year. happy to end this year though. everything is perfect.

i wish nothing will spoil it.

S.A finds

last month thrift:

i got the red camper shoes size 38, i am actually size 37 only, i guess i will just give this to my sister, or sell it sometime. i cannot let go of this camper because i can always see the prize on malls not lower than 200sgdollar and i got this for less than 20sgd. i also take the Calven Klein pants the one with the flower print design. I go gaga when i saw this one so i have to take it home. I like the Puma and the Levis but there's no more money on my wallet and i don't want to take this three together because i might ended up bringing a lot while i still need to go for a grocery. so i just took a picture and wish i can still see this on the rack someday back there in Salvation Army.

see them? the puma is so cute right? the levis also is brand new..and the CK as well..a little pricey 15sg each.

ABB visitor

saturday, i went to my hubby's office
he happen's to have an overtime work
i'm supposed to wear my navy blue sheer/chiffon dress
and my topshop toffee color bag but i change my mind
i dont know why
when i tried the blue dress on,
i feel like i dont like it
on my body, so change change change again
(girls sometimes like that you now)

this is how i look at the office instead. i wore my body hugging flower design dress and top it with my 'cotton on' sleeveless razor back green blouse, kind of cool saturday hang out instead of the semi formal navy blue dress.

and when the clock strikes at 4pm, its coffee time and mcdo time, so husband let me grab the fries and coke and he got the burger all by himself..so bad huh..no actually, i ate lots of fries and two chicken nuggets, coke and latte.

makes my stomach grrrooowwwl..kind of hot and cold will surely gives you a stomach upset. but glad its okey.

headed somewherelse after his overtime and ended up saturday with a long ride on mrt train.

sincere quite saturday makes me want to sleep on the couch actually...

**i just wanted to show my olala shoes**

from ALDO, it is on sale when i bought it so i give it a go. heely, wool fabric and sturdy looking, this can make me feel like a sexy mama. one of a kind shoes i swear you will never regret buying.this is just a 3 months old shoes.

another shoes from ALDO..so adorable, so girly, so beautiful..okey, just look at the shoes, need i say more?
also a 3 months old. still young and vibrant.

this one is from Topshop, wedge booty, a little bit tight on me that is why i need to wear stockings or thin socks if i want to wear this comfortably. this is almost 2 years old, wow - look at it, the shape is still the same good and adorable, also on sale when i bought it.

from PRETTY FIT just a walking pink wedge shoes, i remember i bought this one when i was having a big problem on my mind and i want to enlighten myself first before sitting one foot forward to solve that problem, what i cannot remember is - if i ever solved my problem after having these..hahha!
 this is also a one and 8months old babe.

my black ZARA, gorgeous and a little bit pricey when i bought it,though it is already on sale, i like this one a little bit formal and cool, but i cannot walk two to four hours using this one. i just save this for a short walk or at the office time. she is also almost 2 years old. im glad my shoes live that long.
it is pricey but worth it. i also have not so pricey shoes but the lives will be about less than 6 months and i just feel disappointed when i need to let it go.

 for all the shoes i loved before, whom i travel in and out of my feet, this one is my beloved because this makes me feel tall, very comfortable to walk and it goes with all the clothes i attempt to wear.so sad that this gone worn out already and the strap go bad so i cut it off and still wearing the wedge minus the strap now. i cannot let it go no matter how, it is still walkable and i really love this, i use this one everytime i have to run an errands or have to move faster so i won't be late in catching the bus or anything.
well, enough said. this is 2 years and 6 or 7 months old shoes. brand: CROCS
i guess my feet will be ruin but not this one, this is surely will last for 5 years if not used everyday..but hello, my feet love this so much hahaha..anyway, maybe i can buy one or two with the same style and it should be in different color this time.

i wanted to write a lot of blogs
but i don't have the energy and the eyes and the patience to make it
i also need to take photos of my recent finds (thrift or brand new) but i don't have the time.
i also wanted to read bloggers blog and my books.
i just finished reading the 'adultery club' by Tess Stimson and it make's me want more.
i like the story, it really really is the truth behind 'marriage i do and i don'ts'..
i wanted to say i don't agree with all of what the story is all about
it depends on to whom that experiences happens
probably it would be different if it happens or will happen to me
but hoping against hope it won't happen to me either of way.


anyway, i want to post my online buys that i love to looked at again and again
oh boy, this is crazy you know, i always bought online and i just see them
i haven't tried them yet because it is all in my sister's care
i am in singapore and my online buys is all in the philippines
so i have to wait until i come back to my hometown which

this is originally from Jarethshop on facebook but i got this resell from Chic Collections also from facebook for 180 pesos each.

I also got this olalah via facebook Yen yen figure flatter last July this year. This is super duper nice, for 150 pesos only. I plan to wear them when i get back to phil next year i want to pair this with ooziingg shorts or pants and eye catching shoes to make contrast with its formality.

they are one of my favs and great thrift buys for this year.

video hauling

saturday walking shoe

this is the laziest saturday i ever had-ever!
i do not know what happened to me.
actually, i have a pent up emotions about last night.
but i tried to forget about it and continue about everyday whatabouts
i want to check my focus on life somehow-
because it is really weird this time..=6


anyway, because of the drizzy afternoon,
full of rain and cozy atmosphere, my system also do nothing but feels like a couch potato
i just sit, lie down, read and watch tv and internet
no domestic routines whatsoever.


the only thing that i've done quite helpful today is, go and buy grocery with the husband
and i wear my gorgeous ALDO wedge shoes i bought last two months ago.


i guess i need a little more practice to walk with ease and comfort on these because the shoes is more or less 4 inches high for me and a little bit pushy in front so i have a tendency to fall if i walk faster
or have a broken ankle in case i walk carelessly..no chance to become a model you know haha!

 it is the most prettiest shoes i've ever own in my present time. if i cannot stop myself from buying pretty shoes when they are on sale i would probably have at least 1 pair every payday..how nice..how dreamy, how girly, what a perfect feeling!...agree or disagree?

september 1st.
actually im happy because its already 'ber' months

almost christmas.


and to make it a good anniversary date for this new blog title i want it to
be exactly today's date.


well, the first thing that i wanted to tell you is this blog is purely my
talks about my retail theraphy, may it be thrift finds, or brand new finds.
as long as "i found it"...and decided to keep it.


i do not know what it is in having a lot, as in awful loads of garments,
i do not know why women really really wanted more than too much,
i do not know why 'we' keep on having more and more and never
get tired of it on our 'weardrove'
as what the husband asked - are you planning to put up an institution
for charity? why do you have so many clothes?


i cannot totally explain.
i do not know how to justify my buying.
what it is that makes me wanted some more?


can i just say because im a woman?
to hell with mars or venus.
