before february ends

so many things to write down:

firstly - im OUT of job
secondly - im paid one month extra
third - i put my vintage dress on sale and most of it is 'bingo' - SOLD -so goodbye THRIFTED DRESSes..=)
fourth - my H did not make a big deal about my losing a job, i mean he did not scold me or argue with me or blame me...(i guess he understand?..duh..=)
fifth - i have some few business thing on mind, got myself a contact person somehow
sixth - my bday is coming but me and H celebrated it earlier due to his work will not permit us to be together. well, it is a fabolous crabby crab ever.
seven - on my bday i will celebrate it ALONE
eigth - i will be coming home soon to Philippines and have to bade Singapore goodbye
nine - bills coming, salary not yet
tenth - march is fast approaching and i am bored to death in waiting

Leaving Singapore is a way of saying I've done my share.
I am ready to do another chapter of my life.
I need to be independent and release my 'entrepreneurship mode'

My former boss said - Jasmin, I guess this place doesn't work out for you, maybe in some other place you can be more happier or will work for you much better. I wish you good luck. I too am not staying here for so long..blah blah blah.

time to stop for awhile

i promise this year that i will try to avoid buying clothes, accesories or any-thing that i know
will just make my money drain down to nothing.
i think i am more or less succesful.
i can avoid going to malls.
i discipline my mind not to buy.
i tried to wear my clothes more than twice every month.
i think i am doing good.
because i am happier and more conscious about money matters nowadays.

good for me.
i hope other people can do the same if they wanted to pursuit more savings..=)

I hate to say i stopped shop

yes. i've stopped shopping.
for clothes, shoes, and other 'wants'.

for my basic needs like food.
food i know i need them so i have to buy...duh!
aside from food i just end up paying for my transportation in going to and pro to office work and accomodation.
nothing more and nothing less.

this is my pursuit to getting more savings for this year.
hopefully this will be a success.
i surely wanted it to be successful this time because I am not getting any younger.
i am way tooooo late to start saving for my olden days or retirement days.
i am living for the 'now' moment.
i don't say its bad.
but it always feel good to have money on your wallet or savings and investment.
i hate it when i go for cashier and my money is not enough to pay the whole amount of purchase.
i hate it when my debit card runs out of money.
i hate it when i use to wait for another salary to come.
i just hate being no money at all.
i need to review, and carefully renew my mind set, discipline about money
and make more money coming IN and less coming OUT.
this year it must be different.

why do i go shopping?

i am a shopaholic.
if you are not, then raise your hand --
good for you.

there is a feeling of joy and unexplainable innate feelings if you buy something new
or even just go thrift ukay ukay, vintage, recycle clothes, second hand goods etc etc.
i shop and thats it.
we shop and that's it.

but honestly, there is no point of having too much a lot.
there is no point of seeing a lot of clothes in your wardrobe that some of them still have the price tag on it.
and never have the time to wear them.
why do we need a lot of clothes, i just cannot understand.
what is this feeling of wanting more and more?

 it is more often than not hurt my wallet.
hurt my budget.
hurt my self.

guilt.
the truth is
a lot of children don't have clothes.
a lot of people cannot afford.
here i am buying more and more.
i guess i need to stop.
for a little while.
a little while doesn't mean forever.

i am proud of myself not buying any in a month.
or even just a week or two.
i just don't want sometime.
because it is terrible having a lot of beautiful things.

if i would become a fashion designer in the future or have my own business and it is succesful
and making a lot money then there is a point of doing the shopping all the time.
but if i am just contented of buying and owning one-
i better discipline myself about it.

i shoes the rain

I went to market and caught under the heavy rain and heavy lightning, wow..
so scary to be outside, thunder and lightning shriek my shivering bone.
booom...boomm..eeiiww early fireworks for new year..

lucky, i bring my cute umbrella.
but wasn't lucky enough because a big splash from a car washes my face -
that's a free shower indeed..
i have no time to be angry. i just laugh instead.

anyway, i have cute early morning pics of my shoes.
i promise to take a picture of them when i am in the mood.
because i am always out of mood to blog and take pictures this past few weeks.
now, i got the chance. now, i got the mood.
So, here's my latest shoes bought first week of November.

Some bloggers put a name on their shoes so i think i will put a name on mine too.

This is ELLENORE, an asian brown beauty combined with dark chocolate brown woody wedge. I am supposed to buy the black one, but the sales guy made some sales talk - that this is better than the black one because the two tone colors can be distinguished from each other and the design appears more visible. yadah, yadah, yadah..so here it is, i got the brown one. this is from Charles and Keith. This is my second C and K shoes this year. It is not so expensive compared to alluring ALDO or other brands but it is comfortable and the price is worth it.

See the two tone design. actually, i am still thinking of buying the black one. But, do you think I made the right choice of buying the brown one?

It is one of the most comfortable shoes i ever tried on. I am not sure if it is as comfortable as that of my CROCS shoes if i use this for a long walk. I guess this will only last 1 to 2 hours walking spree at least. 3 hours would surely sore my feet muscles .

nevertheless, i still love them.

This one i will call her EVAH. She makes my feet pretty. She got 2 and a half inches or almost 3 wedge heel..err..im not sure, no time to measure it but i can walk with ease with her. I use this one time during office hours, not bad, this can last till so many hours in my feet with a normal walk, not for a marathon kind of walk, shopping walk is acceptable.

 Evah is so pretty. I adore her. Please don't mind about the dusty particles, i put them under my bed for a week and i haven't wipe them before taking pics, so the particles is present also, but they are so pretty, im so excited to blog about them.

            
           here's my not so gorgeous feet. actually tired from the rain and market chores.

look at that, it is still raining so heavy. nice to go back to sleep again..=)
but need to cook now, hungry stomach started to grumble.

Trick and treat

i looooove this brown bootie that makes my heart stop when i saw this. i was actually planning to buy two same design, the other one is black..but i control myself. this is already a good treat and i don't need a trick on my money so much. so i got this two tone brown and another black wedge..i will post the good looking wedge later when i got the time to take a good picture of her..for the meantime, i want to drool this november lust of mine..

i plan to buy a black tights soon. i go crazy looking for the perfect black thights, perfect leather jacket - to use when i got back to phils and ride the motorcycle with the husband..and as usual i love black city bag balenciaga for the rest of the year. if i can find one similar bag for a lesser price then i surely get that instead of a $400-$1000 bucks..=/

charles and me

hello..got this new pair of flat shoes.
because i need one.
it's from charles and keith.
i usually use my crocs everyday of my life
but as what i can see it is bading goodbye to me slowly
so i better ask for a replacement..here it is.

was not planning to buy a flat one. because i see wedges so sexy..but sometimes you canno't just control the temptation, so here it is..quite pricey but its worth it

i have a great walking spree with this, i can run around and jump with ease..
